Internship Program
The Dutra Group is committed to fostering careers in the maritime industry by offering exceptional opportunities for professional growth. Our paid internship program is designed for students pursuing degrees in civil engineering, construction management, mechanical engineering, marine engineering, business administration, computer science, or information technology (IT) at accredited colleges and universities.
Each intern is partnered with a mentor and works alongside our experienced professionals, including estimators, project engineers, superintendents, and project managers, gaining valuable, hands-on experience across diverse heavy construction and dredging projects. Participants receive constructive feedback, network with fellow interns, and have the chance to visit various Dutra facilities and project sites.
