John Wyma-Hughes

John Wyma-Hughes is the Risk Manager for The Dutra Group and oversees both Marine Compliance and the Safety Department. Prior to his current role, John assisted the Legal department in contract negotiations, claim management, and corporate compliance as Associate General Counsel of Operations. John’s experience working for the Federal Government and the small-business private sector provides valuable insight into government contracting, research, and legal interpretation.

John holds a B.Sc. in Experimental Psychology from Saint Mary’s College of California, a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law, and an ARM from The Institutes. John is an active member of the State Bar of California and has published over a dozen peer-reviewed studies in the field of neuropsychology.
